The agentic cafe operating system.

Agentic means it acts on its own. Not a dashboard you check, but a co-worker that takes the order, tells the kitchen, collects the bill, brings the guest back and tells you what to change. That is what CafeAIOS is.

Software that waits vs software that acts

Old cafe software waits for a person to enter an order, print a KOT, count the cash and read a report at night.

An agentic system does those steps itself and only calls a human when it should: a waiter for a question it can’t answer, the owner for a discount above the limit.

What CafeAIOS does on its own

  • Talks to guests at the table and takes their order.
  • Suggests the add-on people actually pick, once, without pushing.
  • Sends the order to the kitchen and alerts the chef on WhatsApp.
  • Tells the waiter when food is ready and when a table needs them.
  • Bills by UPI, card or cash and confirms the payment.
  • Thanks the guest, asks for a review and saves a voucher for next time.
  • Sends you an 8 am briefing: yesterday’s numbers and what to do today.

Guardrails, so you stay in charge

  • It never makes up a price or an ingredient. If it doesn’t know, it says so and calls a waiter.
  • Only owners and managers can give discounts.
  • It learns only from your cafe’s data, kept in your own locked vault.
  • Every menu and settings change can be undone.

Common questions

What does “agentic” mean?
An agent is AI that takes actions, not just answers questions. In a cafe that means taking orders, alerting staff, billing and following up with guests by itself.
Will it replace my staff?
No. It removes the running around: writing orders, carrying KOTs, chasing bills. Your team spends that time on guests.
Can I control what it says?
Yes. Give it a name and a tone, and teach it facts like WiFi, parking and timings in one line each.
